About ACCA Qualification

ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the recognised and respected global body for professional Accountants. ACCA aims to offer business relevant, targeted combination of study and practical experience, to people of application, ability and ambition around the world who seeks a rewarding career in Accounting, finance and management.ACCA graduate will be eligible to apply for ICPAS membership and ACCA membership with ACCA (UK) upon completion of the requisite work experience.

Entry Requirement

PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION ROUTE (PER)

Student Registration

All students wish to sit for exams must register as a member with ACCA/ICPAS.
It normally takes about 3 months to process an application once ACCA/ICPAS have receive your registration form and documents

  • 1st eligible exam - June
  • 1st eligible exam – December
  • Deadline for submission
  • 31st December of the previous year
  • 15th August of the same year

Examination & Exemption

ACCA offers exemptions for those who have a relevant degree or diploma or other professional qualifications.
All exemptions are subject to final approval by ACCA (UK). ACCA examinations are held twice a year – June and December. Students are allowed to sit for a maximum of 4 papers at each examination sitting. A maximum of 10 years to complete all examination papers is stipulated.
In addition, students need to gain three years’ relevant and supervised practical work experience. These three years can be obtained before, during or after examinations.

Course Structure, Syllabus & Fees

Course structure

  1. Full time (36 months) & Part time (24 months) classes are available
  2. Class room based, face to face lecture delivery
  3. Lessons will normally fall on the day specified, unless otherwise stated
  4. Classes are conducted once a week per subject unless otherwise stated
  5. Computer based (F1 to F3) as well paper based (all modules) examination are available
  6. Classes are conducted in the evenings and/or weekends
    - Morning 10.00am – 1.00pm
    - Afternoon 2.00pm – 5.00pm
    - Evening 7.00pm – 10.00pm

Commencement dates

Fundamental level, skills modules and professonal level modules will start during the first week of January & July.
Fundamental level, knowledge modules can start any time.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Uniapolis Offers a cooling period of 7 days for students who withdraw from course enrolment, upon fulfilment of the following conditions and also upon receipt of a written notice of withdrawal to Uniapolis.

After expiry of the 7 days cooling, the refund policy will apply for any withdrawal upon receipt of a written notice of withdrawal.

Certificate Award

To complete the ACCA Qualification, students need to

ACCA issues exam certificates twice a year after the exam results are released, as follows:

Certificate of Achievement

For those who obtained a pass mark of 85% or above for individual passes in F1, F2 and F3

Fundamental Level Certificate

For those who have successfully completed all of the exams in the Fundamental Level exam (Paper F1-F9) of the ACCA Qualification.

Professional Level Certificate

For those who have successfully completed all of the exams in the Professional Level of the ACCA Qualification (3 essential papers P1 – P3 and any 2 of the optional papers from P4 – p7).
